The project included 72kWh of battery storage and installation of 240 solar panels to the new property, generating over 100,000kWh per year and saving the Gurdwara an estimated £15,000 per year

Project Overview
Synth installed a 150kWp solar installation to assist with reducing electric bus service provider Ember’s annual energy bills at their site in Aberdeen. The project included facilitating a roof rental agreement with Ember’s neighbour Storage Den, who had excellent roof space for solar, but very low electricity consumption – offsetting Ember’s high energy usage but lack of roof space. Synth managed all aspects of the project from design through to installation and monitoring.

Installed 153kW of solar on two agricultural buildings on the property, accompanied with and 102kWh of battery storage and 2 x EV chargers. This solar generation is split between 3 electricity supplies located across the property, requiring cable runs of more than 250m.
